3) Gros Piton Hike

It is the island's most challenging hike. We leave your resort early in the morning and drive down the west coast to get to Choiseul at the foot of the piton. There the piton management reserve will provide you with a knowledgeable certified guide who will give a brief history at their interpretation centre, of the brigand slaves and the community.

Then you begin the hike which takes at least two hours up and two hours down. The halfway point view is breathtaking and all the way up is even more worth the climb.

Afterwards we head for lunch at a local restaurant to enjoy island style creole lunch.

We enjoy a relaxing drive back to the resort.
